Friday evening Sonya and Tracy entertained family and friends to a graduation party for Emma and Sarah, graduating from One Day Academy (High School).  A fun evening with great food and lots of friends and family.

Fast and Furious

After an hour long game of volleyball everyone decided to jump on a motor bike and have an evening ride around the acreage here in Round Rock, Texas.  Everyone on their individual bikes, Sonya said to Grandma "get on"!  and the rest is history.  We have not laughed so hard for so long at the picture that Emma was able to capture!!  The picture says it ALL!  I took a spill and fell to the ground and Sonya was able to maintain the integrity of the bike and kept it under control while I hit the ground!  The picture has gone on every grandchild's and child's Facebook page along with Instagram and Twitter.  The comments are beyond hilarious!

Visit with Jacob and Ruthie at Columbus AFB

Monday we traveled down to Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi.  What a fun day visiting Jacob and Ruthie at their new home on the AFB.  Jacob is presently in pilot training and Ruthie works as an Emergency Room nurse.  We had a great time spending the day with them!

On Friday (May 6th) the nursing class had their "Pinning on Ceremony".  Jessie received one of two "Leadership Awards"   Congratulations Jessica on a job well done!

Saturday (May 7th) was Jessie Luiken's graduation from Cedarville University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.  So very proud of her and all of her accomplishments.  She is going to make a great nurse.
