Sarah Spellings Graduate - LVN
On Thursday, December 14th we were privileged to attend the "pinning" of our granddaughter, Sarah Spellings from her LVN program. She was honored to be the spoke person for her class and also received a citizenship award. So very proud of Sarah! That evening we then attended her formal graduation at the Erwin Center (U of Texas) auditorium. On Saturday evening we celebrated her graduation with a party with family and friends.

Faithwalker's Annual BBQ
Friday evening (Sept. 8th) we had our Adult Fellowship at our home for our Annual Faithwalker's BBQ. It was a perfect evening (weather was beautiful) and a bounty of good food and fellowship. Thank you to each one who contributed a great evening.

Norm's 80th Birthday Celebration Continues
On Sunday, August 27th our Adult Fellowship (Faith Walker's) celebrated Norm's 80th birthday with a surprise card shower, birthday cake and singing. What a wonderful group of "forever" friends!

Monday night pizza party with our kids and grandkids
Monday evening we decided we had cooked enough so the kids all went together and provided pizza for all of us. Enjoyed just eating and sitting outside and talking and sharing with one another. We enjoyed immensely having our children/grandchildren here for Norm's 80th birthday celebration.
Norm told Tracy if he could fix the electricity to
his outside fountain he would give him a kiss

Norm's 80th Birthday Celebration
An early celebration with family and friends for Norm's 80th birthday and was held on Sunday, August 13th, 2017. All four children from Alaska, Tennessee, Germany and Texas along with eight grandchildren (of our 15 grandchildren) were here to join in the festivities. One brother and his family joined us along with near family friends. Salmon/halibut from Alaska, fajitas from Texas, Memphis BBQ and brats from Germany was prepared and served by the four children along with complimentary side dishes. A short roast of Norm's life was orchestrated by our son Marc. And God provided the perfect evening. We all made it on time to church on Sunday morning.
